As your executive coach or business mentor, my singular aim is to ensure you are able to achieve more with the least possible effort.

This is fairly easy once you are able to:

1. Identify your instinctive alignment; an inherent human ability to respond appropriately to any situation. Sometimes we lose sight of it, because we don't break down our successes into processes.

2. Demonstrate a solutions-focused worldview, so that you are able to spot opportunities in the situations confronting you.
3. Realise the abundance of inner resources that you are already equipped with and understand how you can leverage them to get the results you desire.

4. Learn from the experiences of others like you, and how they have seized or overcome similar opportunities and challenges.

This not only helps you to find Simple, Repetitive and Visible Actions that you can take in an authentic manner, but also inspires you to act on them, since you are now operating from a place of heightened awareness and strength.

I am a certified coach from the Henley Business School, University of Reading. Based in Singapore, I help political leaders, senior civil servants, corporate senior management, C-level leaders and business owners from several countries and cultures to achieve transformational results.

Also, I am an Associate Coach with the Singapore Civil Services College since 2010, and a Mentor with several MNCs and government organizations, including the United Nations Institute for Training & Research, Afghan Fellowship, where we helped develop capacity in the Afghan Civil Services.
